標記について、下記により開催いたします。

【その他】
➀ 二部制で開催します。
収容人数の関係上、保護者の方は講堂内にはお入りいただけませんが、当日は越中島キャンパス別室のモニターより、式典の様子（ライブ配信）をご覧いただけます。
② 教職員は講堂内でご覧いただけますが、席に限りがあります。（立ち見となる場合があります。）
➂ 式典中の学位記及び修了証書の壇上授与は、総代のみとなります。
壇上授与者以外には、式典後に各々の指定場所で配付いたします。

We are planning to hold the commencement ceremony as follows.

【Note】
① The ceremony will be held in two parts.
Due to the capacity of the auditorium, parents are not allowed to attend in the auditorium.
Instead, a live streaming monitor will be set up in the Etchujima Campus, so parents can watch the ceremony on a monitor.
➁ Faculty and staff may attend in the auditorium, but seating is limited.
➂ At the ceremony, only representatives will receive the diplomas on the stage. And all others will receive diplomas at each venue after the ceremony.
